于2012年12月来大连理工大学汽车工程学院和工业装备结构分析国家重点实验室任教授,从事汽车车身轻量化技术与先进制造技术研究和产业化推广 。分别于1993、1996年获得大连理工大学工程力学学士学位、清华大学固体力学硕士学位,之后赴美国俄亥俄州立大学留学,参与新一代汽车新型板材冲压成形回弹预示的研究,在材料模型的建模及参数识别领域取得突破性进展,不到3年就通过博士论文答辩,于1999年获得博士学位,随即加入美国通用汽车公司产品研发部,任高级工程师,之后又相继在美国的正道汽车公司、奥拓福冲压工程公司、克莱斯勒汽车公司从事先进制造工艺研究、套用、管理工作,在高强钢板热冲压成形、铝合金板温成形、管材高压胀形、高效自动化冲压线设计、车身轻量化和装配偏差控制、实用工艺改进体系和世界级製造工厂体系等方面取得丰硕研究成果,撰写了100余篇成果报告,公开发表了30余篇学术论文,申报了5项发明专利,14次应邀到SAE, ASME, NADDRG, NUMISHEET等国际会议上做学术报告 。是美国通用汽车公司和印第安纳大学凯利商学院联合培养MBA的首批学员,获运营管理和风险管理方向的MBA学位 。也是国际权威机构美国质量协会ASQ认证的质量工程师和六西格玛黑带大师 。教学经验:1. 密西根大学《生产製造策略》2. 印第安纳大学《生产运营管理》3. 伊利诺伊大学《工程材料的特性及选择》4. 左治亚理工大学《生产製造系统的模拟》5. 密西根理工大学《有限元理论及工程套用》6. 瑞典查默斯大学《汽车工业中的环境系统》7. 大连理工大学《高等冲压工程》(自编教材)8. 大连理工大学《车辆工程集成》(自编教材)社会兼职美国汽车工程师协会期刊评审委员会第 #50号“製造工程委员会”和第 #52号“镀层板和其它平轧板委员会”委员 。研究领域(研究课题)研究领域包括:计算固体力学、车辆工程、製造工程、材料工程 。具体研究方向如下:1. 汽车结构最佳化设计与可製造性分析;2. 汽车结构件冲压成形回弹分析及控制;3. 汽车覆盖件製造工艺、模具设计与製造;4. 车身装配偏差工程、分总成及总成的回弹分析;5. 金属成形的弹塑性力学本构模型建模及参数识别;6. 轻量化车身结构与工艺、异质材料的连线及服役性能;7. 超高强车身结构件热成形工艺、模具技术、装备生产线;8. 轻质金属铝合金板材温热成形、焊接及总成装备生产线;9. 伺服压机技术在车身结构件和大型覆盖件製造中的套用;10. 智慧型材料与结构的基础研究及其在汽车和压机等领域的套用 。出版着作和论文1.
